- At least 3 years of banking or Financial Services industry experience, including finance technology transformation and/or finance operating model design roles.
- Ability to support on day-to-day activities and preparing various deliverables in finance technology transformation projects involving a sub-ledger and general ledger transformation.
- Experience/ Knowledge of delivering change in finance organization operating models, including general ledger & accounting hubs implementation, digital/cloud finance transformation, and finance function re-organization.
- Good understanding of common finance technology solutions and experience of working on implementation of at least one such solution.
- Utilizing knowledge of finance/accounting/finance business processes to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Collaborating with the development team on granular/ day-to-day basis to ensure technical solutions for Finance align with functional requirements.
- Knowledge of finance data management, covering data lineage, data controls, and data monitoring.
- Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and report writing skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and project management abilities.
- A degree in accounting/finance and/or a CA qualification and/or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with a degree in a technology discipline and/or relevant (recognized) technology certifications are also encouraged to apply.
