Job Description: Are you a pet enthusiast with a flair for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a desire to launch or further develop your retail career in the vibrant inner-west community of Marrickville? PetO is currently seeking Part-Time and Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our brand new store in Marrickville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and recommendations.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization to uphold PetO's high standards.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
- Passion for pets and a genuine interest in the pet retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
