Your new role
In your new role, you will be in charge of assisting the Accounts Executive in the development of sales strategies through:
- Creating advertising campaigns
- Product range merchandising
- Understanding sales incentives
- Sales training
- Selling the value proposition of your brand to dealers and retailers.
- Dealer communications
- Sales budgeting
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will ideally come with:
- 1–2 years of retail or consumer product sales/ or marketing experience
- A "hunter" mentality and doesn't mind being on the road
- Strong interest in learning about and supporting all aspects of a business
- Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per month
- Team management experience in the retail space is highly regarded
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a base salary of 55-60k + super, a fully maintained company vehicle, an uncapped commission structure averaging 20k per annum with a brand that sells itself, as well as WFH flexibility and autonomy in deciding work hours.
