A National well-established Physical Gold Dealer with a reputation of high standard customer service, product knowledge and delivery of physical precious metals products such as Gold & Silver.
THE POSITION
The position is for a retail consultant to join our prestige office. Your role will be to greet and consult customers through their buying or selling experience. You will need to have the ability to create trust and confidence with the customer and discover why they are investing in precious metals. Manual calculations, calculator skills, basic maths are necessary along with data entry into the system. Daily reconciliation of inventory stock with the team.
SKILLS TO HAVE
· Cash Handling Experience, Numeracy, Mathematics
· Data Entry and Typing
· Basic Computer & Microsoft office skills such as Outlook and Excel
· Retail sales experience and Customer Service

A police clearance is essential to obtain a position in the company. Must be over 18 years old.
