AddressBCC Betta Home Living & Bcc Computers are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Retail Sales Consultant to join our team on a part time or full-time basis.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service & tailored solutions
- Be a one-stop for product knowledge & information when conducting sales
- Ensure the store is kept clean, neat, and correctly merchandised
- Management and control of incoming & outgoing stock
- Following up with customers to be sure their expectations are met
- Work with your team to achieve market share & business growth targets
Experience & attributes:
- Some prior experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal & relational skills
- Electrical and computer experience is advantageous, though non-essential
- Ability to learn & retain information on our wide range of products
- Good physical fitness to be on your feet and move stock around
- Welcoming & positive attitude
- if you have experience in computer repair, it has advantage
