THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales & Designbased in our Doveton store. This is a fulltime role reporting to the Store Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
- Designing and selling of Stratco products
- Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
- Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
- Collaboration with team members, other stores and departments and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
- Essential – Computer and data entry skills
- Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
- Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
This is a full-time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays (9am - 2pm).
