About The Role
As the Sales Manageryou will be the driving force behind the success of the showroom located in Darwin. You will be responsible for achieving store KPI's, developing knowledgeable sales professionals, maintaining a high level of store presentation and growing your local customer base through consistently exceptional customer service. You will also be accountable for store operations such as stock handling, visual merchandising, liaising with suppliers and ensuring the store's profit targets are met.

- Previous retail or showroom leadership
- Understanding of sales techniques and how to train on them
- Performance management and team development
- Attention to detail
- Flair for visual merchandising
