WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking to hire our next trainers, campaign managers, office operators, and that all starts here at the entry level.
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
- Entry level sales position, salary and commissions OTE of 80-120K
- Learning sales skills
- Speaking to customers
- Strive towards targets and KPIs
- Representing our clients in a professional and presentable manner
At Viva Solutions we’re offering the opportunity to join our sales force at an entry level position, with a starting base salary of 60k (80k when completed training) with unlimited uncapped weekly commissions alongside base salary.
The Management Training Program: For the managers in training, who’d like to learn every aspect of the sales industry. From the sales, to building your own sales team, crew management, office back end and, client relations. Work with our management team to set lifestyle, savings and career based goals.
