- Manage and take ownership for the day to day retail store sales and operations, including ensuring our visual merchandising and unique retail experience is consistent and maintained at a high level, and understocking relevant stock takes.
- Achieve and tracking sales budgets and providing weekly reporting to the Head of Operations & Product
- Take the lead on providing exceptional thoughtful customer service and the Eva brand experience
- Hiring and training our retail team to provide our one of a kind retail experience.
- Be the point of contact and go to liaison between our Retail team and our Customer Support team at HQ for any customer enquiries.
- Provide regular insights back to HQ on customer feedback and in-store experiences
- Minimum 2-years experience working in retail or sales
- Experience holding management or leadership roles

- Passionate about both creating exceptional customer experiences and hitting sales KPI
- A love for retail and working with customers as a friendly guide for their homes
- Highly competent in POS software (Shopify a plus) and G-Suite apps such as Google Docs, Sheets and Gmail
- Nice to haves:
- experience working in business with both online and ‘in-store’ channels
- Strong understanding customer journey and consumer behaviour
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
- Remunerated above Award Rate (Level 6, General Retail Industry Award 2020)
