Qualifications & experience
- Previous retail management experience is essential
- Eye for design & styling
- Familiarity about Arrival Hall and the brands that we have on offer
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of our Retail Store including showroom presentation, stock management, purchasing, deliveries and online orders
- Driving sales and growth for the showroom
- Rostering of staff and other related administrative duties
- Manage, train and mentor retail staff
- Be available to open and close the showroom (8-4pm) and work weekends
