AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead ourGood Grocer2nd Avenue store based in Mount Lawley.
As Store Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of the store, leading your team to deliver an exceptional fresh food offering to our customers.
We are looking for not just a retailer but a passionate foodie who can lead their team, who embraces change and can create a market leading offer for their local community.
Ideally, you will have a demonstrated background of retail management experience and have comprehensive understanding of both back and front of house operations, as well as exceptional people management skills.
This is a permanent full-time salaried position with incentive scheme.

Skills required
- Previous Retail Store Manager experience, Supermarket Leadership experience is preferred
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Financial acumen and experience in managing GP, sales, budgets and wages
- Exceptional customer service experience and merchandising ability
- Ability to manage and lead the team, ensuring compliance to Food safety standards
- Fresh food experience with gourmet product knowledge being advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- IT knowledge/Microsoft/Grocery Manager/ABCIS
