This will ensure that Spendless Shoes will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world!ABOUT YOUTo be successful in the role, you will:

Your skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a Retail/ Hospitality or Sales industry
• Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
• Stock management and merchandising experience
• Understanding of sales budgets & KPI's
• Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
• Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
