Retail Store Manager

As a leading business in the women's activewear space, this brand embodies the live the Move, Nourish, Believe philosophy and are looking for a Store Manager to add to this ever growing business. This role is based at Birkenhead Point!

• Passionate about creating a high performing team and being a hands on Store Manager
• Ensure your store upholds an exceptional standard through Visual Merchandising excellence
• You are hungry for success with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Creating a fun and exciting workplace by nurturing your relationship both with staff and customers 

What do you need:

• Retail Store Management experience
• You think business and have strong operational expertise that will ensure effective rostering, wage control, stock control and visual merchandising
• Operationally minded and has the ability to pivot and juggle competing priorities
• Previous experience in apparel and footwear retailers preferable
• A genuine passion for health and fitness 
• Looking to take the next leap in your retail career
