About The Role
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in this busy store on the Sunshine Coast. You must lead by example and be a passionate and enthusiastic leader with the ability to coach the upcoming retail talent in your store. This business empowers its managers to treat the business as if it is their own with access to KPI's and sales reports and you will be expected to use them to increase sales and profitability.
Skills and Experience
- Experience managing within a high-volume fashion retailer
- Proven experience in mentoring and leading your team toward high-achieving outcomes
- Strong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock
- Experience in reaching, driving, and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
- Demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customers
- Managing team performances; including monitoring sales and performance indicators
- Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
- Fantastic base salary of up to $63K + Super
