Retail Store Team Member - Dfo Perth - Full-Time

About the role

As a Full-time Store Team Member, you will support our Team, the operations of our Store and the Store Manager by:

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all
• Fulfil higher duties as required. Such as opening and closing the Store, assisting to complete management tasks and running shifts as the on-shift Supervisor in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager

We are looking for individuals who:

• Love Lindt Chocolate!
• Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
• Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate
• Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience
• Previous barista experience very desirable
• Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including peak seasonal times and public holidays
• Able to work a full-time roster of 38hrs per week Tuesday-Saturday. This is a permanent ongoing position.
