Does this sound like you?

As a Retail Strategy and Sales Manager at Kalis Group, you'll lead our growth initiatives across our retail brands. With a strong focus on our bottle shop network, you'll be instrumental in achieving our vision of delivering "Exceptional experiences, every time". The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial understanding, excel in relationship management, and building a loyal customer base to meet ambitious growth targets. Whilst strong proficiency in Retail Strategy and Sales is essential you do not need prior experience in liquor retailing.

You will…

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans across our bottle shop franchise that enhance our retail brands and elevates the customer experience.
  • Oversee product ranging and promotions while conducting market and competitor analyses.
  • Manage financial analysis, and resource allocation to maximize profitability, driving financial health across our retail operations.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of quality products.
  • Lead and mentor retail teams to elevate customer experience and loyalty.
