We participate in it, we love it.About You: Have a minimum of 1 year management experience in Retail Experience in managing a team of approximately 4 - 6 team members Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team and support the Store Manager in the succession of your store and team Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values Live the lifestyle!
