What you'll be doing:- Assisting Team Leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
- Supporting your Team Leader with the vision and focus of your team
- Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
Assisting and supporting your
Team Leader in all aspects of the FCM business environment; including:
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Implementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Achievement of financial results and KPI's
- Facilitating ongoing training for all team members
- Nurturing team members development
- Caretaker role in Team Leader absence
- Maintaining communication between team members
- Maintaining an overall positive office environment
What you'll need:- Leads by example and ability to motivate others
- Attentive to staff and client needs
- Embrace company philosophy, values and change
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage change and exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle high volumes of business
- The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
- Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant role
- GDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regarded
