Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join the team on a part-time basis, splitting their time between our Bentleigh and Malvern East locations. If you are physically fit, energetic, and love scooters – we’re looking for you!

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers to provide exceptional customer service

• Sell our extensive range of exciting products, working alongside our passionate and dedicated team

• Maintain up to date product knowledge and proactively engage in training

• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet sales targets

• Assist the management team in executing store operational activities

• Take ownership of opening and closing responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• At least 12 months experience in retail customer service and sales

• Flexibility with hours and scheduling

• A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service

• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• An organised person who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• A proactive person who enjoys problem solving

• Capable of heavy lifting in a hands-on, physical environment
