Work & Training, along with our valued host business in Wynyard are on the lookout for a customer-focussed trainee with a particular interest in merchandising & social media.
This is a beautiful retail setting, allowing the trainee to immerse themselves in fabulous products, from homewares to clothing, assisting with on-line content and social media, picking & packing orders to post, as well as providing a customer service experience, face to face.
The position is full time, including work on a Saturday for the successful candidate.
You will obtain your Certificate III Retail SIR30216 in a two-year time frame – start working towards your future goals.
What would this involve?
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your traineeship.
- Full time hours including some weekend work.
- Full entitlements including leave accruals.
- Theory training is conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainers.
- You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisor would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
