Role Description
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make their return post-covid to the travel industry with NO WEEKENDS and NO LATE NIGHTS. Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert travel advice
- Managing travel arrangements
- Assisting with reservations
- Delivering outstanding customer service on a day-to-day basis
- Salary: $55,000-$65,000 + super + commission (on average $2k per month in bonus)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Location: South Wollongong area
Experience
You'll will need to be able to hit the ground running so prior experience as a Travel Consultant is a must. Other experience you will need includes:
- 1-3 years as a Travel Agent in either a Retail or Corporate setting
- Proficiency in Galileo is a must
- Crosschecker is advantegous but not mandadtory
- Ability to handle reservations and bookings efficiently
- Knowledge of travel destinations, flights, and accommodations
- Must have full working rights in Australia
