Retail Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for creative In-store Visual Merchandisers who have passion for our products & beautifully designed store in Casuarina.

We are currently seeking a committed In-Store Visual Merchandiser to join the team in overseeing the visual standards at our Casuarina store.

Reporting to the Store Manager and National Visual Merchandising Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is upheld in our store.
THE ROLE:

• Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guideline in our store
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
• Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Have a minimum of 1 year visual merchandising experience within the retail industry
• A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Visual Merchandising (preferred)
• Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
