Retail Showroom Sales - Flooring Design Specialists
Duties and tasks:
- Background in design with a Keen Interest in working with our clients flooring projects.
- Confident to maintain and develop new business with trade
- Measure and Quote background
- Experience in stock ordering and stock control
- Proven Sales and KPI achievements
- Develop tasks for your team to implement growth opportunties
- Strong management background in warehouse operations
- Merchandising & Displaying of Timber, Carpet & Tiles
- Ongoing training and development of the team
- Showroom presentation of products
Requirement and attributes:
- Working knowledge of the flooring industry
- Confident in Business Developmpent
- A leader who can delgate and support their team
- Capability to read floor plans to determine tile & adhesive estimates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Carpet and Timber Flooring or Trades is ideal
- Forklift licence desirable
- Clear understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
- Intermediate level of computer skills
