Retention and Claims Officer
The Retention and Claims Officer (RCO) provides operational support to frontline staff across all employment services programs to achieve sustainable outcomes, ensure quality retention support is delivered, maximise company revenue and meet compliance in accordance to the Deed and Quality Assurance

About the role:
Location: Based in Gippsland, Vic or Brisbane, QLD with a hybrid working model
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
As a Retention and Claims Officer you will report directly the Claims Delivery Manager and will be responsible for responding to queries, resolving issues and providing support and mentoring to employment services staff.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment services programs delivered by Workways.
- A demonstrated ability to work within contractual driven frameworks to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal and organisations problem solving skills.
