Due to continued growth within their business, they are seeking an experienced Retirement Sales Consultant for their new village in the Hornsby Shire region.
In this role, you will be selling apartments within the village. You will predominately be focused on meeting or exceeding sale targets as well as assisting the vacating vendors within the village. You will be responsible for prospect generation through database management, community engagement and supported marketing activities. In addition, you will qualify leads, and manage contact information, referrals, and appointments whilst ensuring that homes are ideally matched with customer’s preferences in mind.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following:
- 10 + years in residential or Retirement Sales
- Open to looking at village managers with small sales experience
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- An understanding and caring personality with the ability to empathise with retirees
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Your Own Reliable Motor Vehicle
