AddressProperty Vine is a dynamic and fast growing serviced apartments chain with management rights complexes located throughout Queensland.
We are currently looking for a driven and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Revenue and Reservations Agent.
This role is perfect for a someone who loves to build relationships and drive outcomes in a fast paced environment. Providing approximately 35 hours per week with shifts on a rotating roster roster with working hours between 7am and 7pm.
Reporting to the Hotel Business Manager or Designate, this role will involve:
- Taking reservations
- Handling group reservations
- Analysing sales movements and implementing rate strategy across multiple properties to maximise revenue.
- Budgeting and forecasting revenue performance of multiple properties.
- Seeking opportunities to grow business.
- Securing mutually beneficial contracts for clients to ensure Property Vine is the accommodation provider of choice.
- Being active in building relationships in the community.
The successful applicant will be or have:
- Previous Sales, Revenue or Reservations experience
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and grow
- Passion for sales
- Excellent time management
- Professional demeanour
- Immaculate presentation
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate or be willing to attain this
