Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to undertake the role of Revenue Assurance Officer at PSA.
The Revenue Assurance Officer reports to the Revenue Assurance Lead and will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of our members, maintaining financial records, and optimizing revenue processes through Salesforce. The Revenue Assurance Officer will be required to deal with large transaction volumes and work closely as part of the Finance team, as well as being able to apply themselves through a proactive approach with the ability to carry out process-driven tasks. This is a contract role for 12 months.

Key responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:
- Billing and Invoicing - Generate accurate and timely member invoices in compliance with contractual terms and agreements.
- Ensure consistency in billing processes and handle exceptions when necessary.
- Transactional Processing and Data Quality - Undertake transactional processing on member records to ensure they reflect contracted subscription requirements.
- Ensure Membership subscription records are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
- Revenue Recognition - Work closely with the Finance team to support revenue recognition processes in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Account Reconciliation - Reconcile member accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries.
- Reporting and Analytics - Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into revenue performance.
- Analyse billing data and provide recommendations for improving revenue management.
- Compliance - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal taxation regulations and reporting requirements.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Revenue Assurance Officer or a similar finance role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and revenue automation.
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and the ability to work with complex data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer enquiries.
