Do you want a high-flying corporate career working for the world’s largest air services provider, based in the beautiful Gold Coast?We are seeking an experienced and motivated Revenue Auditor to join our head office team based at our Head Office in the Gold Coast.More about this role:In this role, you will be responsible for checking and reviewing all menus, prices, and other aircraft-related information to ensure it is accurately recorded in our systems and consistent with the customer's billing systems and contract. You will systematically check that all menus and pricing are correct. Additionally, you will provide feedback to the relevant teams and ensure that requested updates are applied before bills are sent to customers. You will also oversee charge recoveries by airlines to ensure they are billed on time and in agreement with the customer before bills are sent.What are your responsibilities?
- Manage and supervise Billing Analysts and the Reconciliations Team.
- Conduct audit checks on menus, such as load scales, matrix, dish codes, and confirm that pricing is correct on both internal and external systems.
- Notify internal stakeholders and external parties of any discrepancies and conduct follow-up checks to ensure that issues have been resolved.
- Check invoicing to confirm correct pricing, quantities, passenger numbers (pax), and load factors before invoicing by the AR Team.
- Check recharges and compare them with the contract to ensure that billing is completed on a timely basis.
- Perform reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis of all issued invoices against airline systems to highlight any shortfalls or overpayments.
- Compare any shortfalls or overpayments identified in the daily/monthly reconciliations to confirm the details of outstanding amounts.
- Design, develop, control, and maintain the billing system to capture all revenue items related to the airline's catering and cabin cleaning requirements.
- Develop a full understanding of the different in-flight catering requirements of Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) and Full-Service airlines.
- Liaise with unit managers and account managers regarding all airline catering requirements and any changes to flight loading.
- Review and follow up on any outstanding SLA issues.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in data analysis or reconciliations (preferable).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially with an advanced level in Excel.
- Strong administration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in phone, face-to-face, and email communication.
- Ability to conduct training and provide feedback effectively.
