The Revenue Officer Role
The Revenue Officer is accountable to the Team Leader Revenue Services and may be responsible for the effective and efficient processing of one or more of the following: hospital billing processes including processing of approved patient billing adjustments, fee remission & write offs. Invoice and credit memo processing, debtor customer maintenance management, monitoring and following up outstanding debtor balances, and assistance with compliance and efficiency reviews and other clerical duties.
The Rural Support Service (RSS) is a business unit in SA Health that is responsible for providing flexible, responsive and innovative services to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs) across South Australia.
The RSS is spread across regional and metro SA operating in a client-centred model, providing leadership and expertise in digital health and innovation, regional health and wellbeing services, regional workforce planning and development, business services and state-wide clinical services.
This is a part time vacancy, working 63.75 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
