The Opportunity

Are you passionate about optimising Revenue Systems and driving process improvements? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills can make a real impact? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Revenue Systems and Improvement Analyst, you will liaise with internal teams, stakeholders and technology development teams to deliver revenue collection objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. Your ability to bridge gaps and foster collaboration will be invaluable.

You will play a pivotal role in analysing revenue data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance revenue collection objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

  • Shape and drive strategic and tactical business plans.
  • Exemplify personal integrity and self-awareness.
  • Dive deep into revenue data, identify current and historical revenue management issues and develop business improvement solutions to issues identified.
  • Evaluate existing revenue processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
  • Cultivate strong, productive working relationships and partnerships.
