STH are seeking a talented, passionate Revit Technician to join our Brisbane office.
Key areas of Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Architect to deliver innovative solutions to complex design problems
- Undertake documentation of the design at various levels of development,
- Assist with the coordination of external consultants
- Represent STH at building coordination meetings and presentations
- Collaborate and work closely with the project team to deliver projects, including concept design, design development, authority approvals, tender, construction documentation and contract administration
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Understanding of the built environment, NCC and Australian codes and standards
- Strong technical knowledge, including experience in the preparation of construction documentation and building detailing
- A collaborative nature and approach to design
- A positive, innovative, capable, and dynamic approach
- Strong communication skills, particularly written and oral
- Diligent, methodical, and thorough approach to documentation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
Work experience / Technical Skills:
- 5-8 years min. professional experience within the Architectural profession
- Revit capability is essential
- Healthcare experience is an advantage
- dRofus or other project database experience is an advantage

- Master of Architecture or equivalent
