Your primary responsibility will be to support the Reward and Benefits function by providing accurate and timely analysis and advice to the People team and the business.
Under general guidance from the Reward and Benefits Lead, you will ensure that all aspects of reward align with the department's strategic framework and operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of cyclical and project-specific Reward and Benefits priorities.
- Build on our reward and Benefits knowledge base with accurate and timely analysis.
- Continuous learning and improving processes to drive efficiencies and productivity.
- Build and maintain supportive stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrate integrity and expected values and behaviors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Commerce, or Mathematical Sciences.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and critical thinking skills, enabling the development and provision of concise and considered advice.
- Proven track record in research, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement, with a keen interest in specializing in reward and Benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to develop and understand formulas and basic macros.
- Desirable experience using the Mercer CED job evaluation methodology.
- Desirable experience or essential ability to quickly learn and master HRIS, salary benchmarking tools, and other technologies (e.g., Chris21, Cornerstone, Mercer WIN, Korn Ferry Pay).
