Our Attractions team at Dreamworld are seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing team players to join us on a Casual basis to support our upcoming holiday & activation period.
The role of a Ride Operator is to maintain the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions whilst providing exceptional service to our guests. As Ride Operator, you are responsible for:
- Operating all equipment as trained
- Maintaining a safe environment for our guests
- Identifying hazards and responding appropriately
- Performing all duties as outlined in standard work procedures and policies.
- Providing outstanding guest service
We are on the look-out for fun, outgoing and energetic individuals who will be awesome at helping our guests to create memories that last a lifetime.
Applicants will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in an environment with heavy peak periods and fluctuating workloads while functioning as part of a cohesive team! Please note, as per Australian Standard AS3533 all Ride Operators must be at least 18 years of age.
Flexibility for rostering purposes is required, with weekend work and availability over peak school/public holiday periods being essential.
