Your Career Growth at Aussie World:

- We provide x3 days paid induction and training too!!
- Training for industry skills: You’ll receive on-the-job customer service/guest experience training which is absolutely essential if you want to pursue a career in tourism, events, retail and countless other industries.
- Promotions: As a Ride Operator, you can learn 2-3 rides very quickly and then progress to a “Shadow Trainer” with opportunities to then promote to the roles of “Rides Trainer” or “Supervisor”
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prepared to work outdoors in the weather
- A willingness to learn
- Basic skills of communication
- Open also to student visa and working holiday visa applicants
- Ready to work the summer season + ongoing work available
We operate 7 days per week during school holidays (rostered approx 30 hours per week) and outside of school holidays rostered approx 10-12 hours per week. We also pay Sunday penalty rates.
