This is a great opportunity for qualified Advanced and Intermediate Riggers to join our Maintenance division, working on a recently awarded Newcastle shutdown commencing in April.

The Role
Duties and responsibilities of the role include but not limited to the below.
- Assist with design of lift plans and lifting activities
- Ensure rigging gear is stored correctly
- Maintain and tag rigging gear as required
- Assist with the setup of cranes ensuring barricading, exclusion zones and signage comply with site specific requirements
- Attach appropriately rated rigging gear to existing structures to facilitate the safe movement of loads
To be successful in the role you will possess the following
- Current HRWL with relevant Rigging classification (RA or RI)
- Working at Heights and Confined Space within 2 years highly regarded.
- 2+ years Industrial experience as a Rigger
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
- Current ‘C” Class Drivers licence or above
