By Frankie is a fast growing female fashion wholesaler based in Surry Hills.

We stock Australia wide and globally, including to well known online retailers such as Billy J, Petal & Pup, Runway Scout and Showpo, to name a few. 

We are looking for an office superstar with excellent attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced environment to join our growing team.

Our showroom office and warehouse is located in Surry Hills, the heart of the wholesale district and a convenient 3 minute walk from Central Station.

We work hard but we also like to have some fun. We blast Taylor Swift while doing our pick and pack. You'll get monthly free items of clothing and we'll supply you with unlimited lollies!

Role Requirements:

• Dealing with B2B customers (in person and over email) through the ordering process and forging strong relationships
• Creating invoices using Xero
• Managing inventory levels and working with the team to place backorders
• Keeping track of orders and shipments
• Assisting with pick packing and helping accept delivery of stock on a weekly basis
• Helping with design work (no experience necessary)
• Overall management of the office and warehouse
• Hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

You should possess the following traits:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Super organised 
• Ability to problem solve and navigate through any challenges that arise
• Ability to adapt with the fast paced environment of fashion
• Excellent time management skills, must be reliable and efficient, ability to prioritise and multitask in order to meet deadlines

Experience/Skills Required:

• Ideally you have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Common sense is a must
• Ideally you have 
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and ideally Xero (but we can teach you)
• Physically fit and strong (boxes weigh about 12-15kg)
