The role

Working as our Risk & Business Improvement Coordinator in this busy and varied role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to add value to the behind the scenes operations of the School. 

Reporting to the Risk & Business Improvement Manager, the focus of your role will be to provide administrative support to a vast range of projects being undertaken accross the school at any given time. In this role you will also support risk related activities including the maintenance of the schools risk management sytem, attending OH&S meetings and updating School policies. 

To thrive in this role, you will be required to demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a project and/or risk related position, coupled with qualifications in this area.
  • Confidence and the ability to demonstrative initiative, flexibility and a proactive approach to ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (and in particular Excel), Alii and Synergetic.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of the wider administration team, supporting others in their role from time to time.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills to support interaction with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent written communication skills including demonstrated ability to draft and proof documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple and urgent priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A current employee related Working with Children Check.
