What's the role?

Join our Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) unit as a crucial member of the Business Continuity and Risk team. We are committed to the belief that everyone deserves a safe work environment.   • Coordinate risk management and business continuity plans across different departments.

  • Assist in the development of written reports and interpretation of data for executive briefings.

  • Manage invoices, vendor engagement, and subscriptions for the HSS team, including service contracts.

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for key HSS meetings

  • Maintain incident and crisis management team membership and coordinate support during major incidents.

  • Assist in crisis and incident management exercises and coordinate Emergency Planning Committees.

  • Manage emergency messaging procedures and aid in implementing mass notification tools.

  • Opportunity to contribute to broader Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) projects.

Who are you?

  • Proven track record in providing administrative and coordination support for a team.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data management and administration.

  • Experience in utilising risk management approaches or working in the fields of risk, business continuity, security, or safety.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions.

  • Strong team player, capable of working in a complex organizational setup within a matrixed or shared services environment.

  • High levels of self-motivation, with excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using Google Suite, Concur, Excel, and other databases.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Emergency Management, or Business Continuity will be highly regarded.
