The Opportunity

A highly motivated, analytical, inquisitive Enterprise Risk Management Coordinator to join the Governance and Intelligence Team. 

The Risk Management Coordinator assists and supports the Manager Risk and Audit in managing the development, application and monitoring of Risk Management, Audit and Business Continuity activities across the Driver and Vehicle Services Business Unit.

In this key role you will use your knowledge and understanding to provide advice in relation to risk identification and risk mitigation across the business and contribute to the review of business processes, their effectiveness and how they align with operational and strategic business objectives, policies and practices. You will be able to work under pressure with the ability to design and facilitate targeted workshops and risk assessments sessions on key business issues to a range of stakeholders. This role will also be required to provide advice on audit related matters and contribute to the development and maintenance of business continuity plans and activities.

There is currently one (1) permanent position available for immediate filling.

  • (SC1) Significant experience and knowledge associated with Risk Management, risk assessments and business continuity strategies and frameworks within a large and complex organisation.
  • (SC2) Experience and knowledge associated with contemporary governance including audit monitoring and the management of audit clearances.
  • (SC3) Proven experience in the application, administration and use of a risk-based management system.
  • (SC4) Highly developed conceptual, analytical and research skills with the ability to identify and provide solutions to complex problems.
  1. The CV must contain the complete names and contact information of two (2) referees who can provide feedback on the applicant's capacity to meet all the Essential Work-Related Requirements. At least one of the referees should be the applicant's immediate (most recent) supervisor/manager unless there are exceptional circumstances.
