Consolidated Construction Services (CCS) are a civil works company predominantly working within the Council sector. We are based in Airport West and are seeking to expand into minor asphalt works.
What are we looking for;
We are currently putting together an Asphalt Hand Crew and we have 3 positions available. We are presently seeking experienced people to fill the positions of:
- Leading Hand
- Asphalter and
- Labourer
These positions will be on a full-time casual basis. You may be required to attend to multiple jobs in one day predominantly throughout the metro area of Melbourne, with our base location at Airport West
Duties;
- Road pavement maintenance
- Asphalt paving & patching work
- Rake hand
- Wheelbarrow work
- Shovel work
- Site clean up
- Excavator & bobcat operation
Experience;
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Asphalt & plant operation
- Red/White Construction Card
- Drivers licence
- MR or HR licence - must have for Leading Hand
- Excavator ticket and experience preferred
- Bobcat ticket and experience preferred
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
