Asphalt Worker - Approx. $1400 Ote P/W

Workfast are looking for Asphalt workers to join multiple projects in Melbourne’s western and south-eastern suburbs.

• Pay rate starting from $36 per hour + penalties
• Daily travel allowance of $21 per day

This role will see you doing pavement rehabilitation, asphalt resurfacing and more. You will also be required to do general labouring and site clean up where needed. 
 
What you get

• Approx. $1400 OTE p/w
• Daily additional Travel allowance – ($21 per day)
• OT + Saturdays available for the right candidates 
• Temporary to permanent opportunities made available for the right candidates 

What you need

• Previous experience in asphalting/road works 
• Hold a skid steer and/or excavator ticket (highly desirable)
• White card 
• Be able and willing to pass drug & alcohol testing 
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
• Hardworking, honest & reliable character with a positive attitude
