We are currently seeking skilled RoadTrain Operators with experience operating watercarts and loaders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating roadtrains, watercarts, and loaders to transport materials, maintain roads, and assist with various tasks on construction sites, mining operations, or other projects.
JRM Resources is a privately owned family business, based in Dwellingup, Western Australia. Focused on contracts in Western Australia and employing local people, the company has been built on a unique combination of over 40 years’ experience.
We service the Civil, Mining, and Forestry industries throughout the Peel Region, and we hold contracts with clients such as ALCOA, Forest Products Commission, Newmont Mining Boddington, Simcoa and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.
Reporting to the Supervisor/Site Manager, you will directly contribute to the ongoing success of JRM Resources.
Operators with the below experience and skillsets in mining and civil are strongly encouraged to apply:

About the Role:
- Immediate start at the Boddington Newmont Site
- Confident in operating Road Train with a side tipper
- Operate roadtrains to transport materials, equipment, or personnel to and from job sites.
- Operate watercarts to spray water or other materials to control dust, compact soil, or maintain roads.
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials, stockpile materials, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Follow project specifications and instructions to meet quality and accuracy requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Operate plant and equipment in a safe manner and maintain good work area housekeeping
- You will be transporting materials from stockpile to central locations on site
- Conduct pre-start checks for all equipment being used, document and report any defects to site management
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
- Identify hazards and report them to the Safety Advisor Site Manager
About you:
Demonstrable experience as a Roadtrain Operator with knowledge of loader and watercart operating.
- Valid MC license and clean driving record.
- Operate late model auto trucks
- Double roadtrain experience essential
- Ability to operate roadtrains, watercarts, and loaders effectively and safely.
- Strong understanding of equipment controls, attachments, and features.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operations.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Experience operating equipment in construction, mining, or related industries.
