Hofmann Engineering’s established engineering workshop in Perth, is seeking to fill the position of a Robotic Welding Programmer / Operator in our Fabrication Department.
About The Role
We are looking for someone to join our newly installed IGM state-of-the-art robotic welding line to program & operate with our friendly motivated Robotic Team. In this role, you will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of fabrications from the light to the very heavy assemblies. This also includes being part of the manufacturing Rail Bogies for the new Metronet Trains.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experienced in operating & programming Robotic Welding systems;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Ability to read & understand engineering fabrication drawings & welding procedures;
- Have some welding knowledge & experience;
- Willing to work in a team environment;
- Maintain a Clean & Safe working environment;
