Our commitment to innovation, quality, and efficiency has positioned us as a trusted partner in the Earthmoving, Attachment and Material processing industries.Responsibilities:Operate and program OTC/Daihen Robotic Welders to perform high-quality welds according to specifications.Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment.Ensure proper selection of welding parameters, wire feed speeds, and voltage settings.Perform multipass welding techniques to achieve strong and reliable weld joints.Utilize synchromotion with both tilt/turn and headstock positioners for efficient welding processes.Inspect and test welded joints for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and ensure timely delivery of finished products.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines and protocols.Requirements:Previous experience operating and programming OTC/Daihen Robotic Welders is Important however we may consider Candidates with other Brand Robotic welding experience.Proficiency in multipass welding techniquesFamiliarity with synchromotion using both tilt/turn and headstock positioners.Strong knowledge of welding parameters, wire feed speeds, and voltage settings.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.Excellent attention to detail and precision in executing welding operations.Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Strong problem-solving skills and the…
