About You:

Our ideal Rockwear Casual Team Members possess these skills, qualities, and attributes:

·       Passionate about activewear and customer service 

·       Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's

·       Experience in women's fashion apparel or activewear is ideal

·       Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment

·       Proven history of retail experience and willingness to learn

·       Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values

·       Be passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e. Live the lifestyle!

·       We want team members with a positive 'make it happen' attitude and understand our customers come first!

·       Willingness to be customer focused and sales driven 

·       Assist with upholding store standards and visual merchandising directives

·       Assist with stock procedures and management of stock standards
