Roof Plumbing Apprenticeship - BUNBURY

About the position:

The Apprentice and Traineeship Company are now looking for individuals seeking to undertake a Certificate III in Roof Plumbing in the Bunbury area.

The successful candidate will gain invaluable hands-on Roof Plumbing experience while learning from industry experts. This is a full-time, 4-year placement, and at its completion, you will graduate with a nationally recognised qualification.

During your apprenticeship, you will assist & learn all aspects of Roof Plumbing, which has everything to do with sheet metal roofing. Roof plumbing involves, but is not limited to, the installation of metal roof sheeting, gutters, downpipes, and flashings.

As the roofing industry expands, there has never been a better time to learn the trade.

You will attend and participate in all classes at a Registered Training Organisation which will be in the Perth Metropolitan area.

Requirements:

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport required
• White Card
• excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• reliability, self-motivation, and a willingness to work.
• the ability to perform physical work in sometimes demanding conditions while also adhering to all safety requirements of the position You must be comfortable and capable of working safely at heights.
• the commitment to attend training and complete all theory aspects of the apprenticeship.

• be a reliable team player who is motivated and eager to learn while working under the guidance of tradesmen.
• strong work ethic.
• work according to OH&S regulations.
