About the Role
To clean and sanitise all assigned guest rooms and suites and public areas in accordance with established standards and procedures to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure the economical and efficient use of equipment and materials including guest supplies and chemicals; properly stock and maintain Room Attendant’s trolley.
- Clean guest rooms, suites and corridors to Shangri-La standard and replenish supplies and amenities as necessary.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor, Service Manager – Housekeeping, Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper.
- Reports any guest complaints, incidents, suspicious persons or room doors found open to the Housekeeping Office immediately.

About You
- Previous experience working as a Room Attendant or a cleaner
- Flexibility regarding your hours of work, including AM, PM and weekend work as required.
- Is comfortable with physical requirement such as bending, twisting, kneeling, walking etc.
- Capable of pushing/pulling/lifting to 15kgs.
- Has been in contact and used chemical cleaning products.
- Able to work in rotating shifts including weekends and Public holidays
