The role
Due to an internal promotion a rare opportunity has arisen for a Sales Representative to join the team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base by visiting new and existing customers.
- Showcase full suite of innovative waste equipment solutions to businesses across multiple industries.
- Regularly analyse the industry landscape, gather market intelligence and competitor activities to the business.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing.
Skills and experiences needed
- Previous experience in a Sales Representative role, preferably in a related industry.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Adaptability to learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain longstanding relationships.
Salary Expectations
$90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Company Car + Comms
