We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, highly motivated and talented Room Attendants to join our team at Quest Mounts Bay Road in a casual role.
The property is a 4.5 star rated property located in the Perth CBD and offers 66 Studio and One Bedroom Apartments as well as a modern and stylish environment with high quality amenities.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, we are looking for a highly motivated person with the passion for providing outstanding results to join our successful team.
The Role
Quest Mounts Bay Road's housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.
In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studios and one bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.
The Ideal Candidate
Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.
Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
