Aurora Early Education, founded by a mother-daughter duo, is an early education service that aims to 'exceed' in all areas of service. We are dedicated to creating a more peaceful, connected and loving world for the next generation. - A “we can do this” attitude
- A positive personality that is open and reflective
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications or equivalent.
- 2 years industry experience in a similar role preferred
- Current working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEDYLF, practice principles and reflective practices.
At Aurora, you will be supported to:
- Engage with children, creating learning opportunities and a safe environment for them to grow
- Run a room program that focuses on the individual learning and care needs of all children in your room
- Create observations and other documentation to link children's learning to the NQF and EYLF.
- Guide and mentor other Educators in your room in their professional development and growth
- Communicate and build strong relationships with families
- Work collaboratively with our leadership and management teams to better further the overall quality of the service
- Build your professional development and industry knowledge
